SL Temps Inc. took off the ground in November 1995. The company has a team of Search Specialists who continuously source for candidates for clients ‘need. The Search Specialists are trained to handle the temporary nature of the clients requirements in the fastest way possible. In the same token, they are exposed to the level of candidates whose experience and background are suited more to jobs on project-to-project basis. As such, the proper matching of the client’s offer and the candidate’s qualification is met.
Through the years, SL Temps has evolved depending on the ever-changing market realities and adapted its business models to be able to comply with the government rules – from the then DO 18-02 back in the late *90s to DO 18-A from 2010-2016, them to DO 174 which governs the industry until now.
Projects and engagements entered into by SL Temps have to meet DO-174 basic requirements: The positions being serviced are the not core to client’s business; Means & Methods & Tools & Equipment are owned by SL Temps; and the Four-Fold Test is strictly followed.
