ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
An Account Manager is assigned to handle a specific client company. He/She is responsible for ensuring that all agreed deliverables are fulfilled.
THE HR ROLE
The assigned HR Specialist handles all the HR concerns of the employee. Process-oriented is how to describe it ensuring that all prevailing laws are strictly followed and implemented.

SL Temps employs the step-by-step process as follows:
RECRUITMENT and SELECTION
This involves the end-to-end process from sourcing of candidates to resume evaluation to interview and final selection. The selected candidate is then presented to the client to confirm that the position being services is filled up.
MANDATORY GOVERNMENT BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
SL Temps religiously complies with the government’s rule on employer’s contribution with regard to benefits due to each employee.
TIMEKEEPING
SL Temps designates a staff that monitors the employee’s attendance. Tardiness and absences are carefully recorded to ensure accurate computation of salary for a specific payroll period covered.
Daily time record is submitted to Payroll Specialist who is in-charge of computation.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Metrics are established which will be the basis of evaluation of each employee’s performance. Performance is monitored consistently to ensure that the employee is meeting the standards set for the job on hand.
EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This is executed prior to on-boarding. The details of the Employment Contract are explained with the selected candidate. Once it is signed, the on-boarding requirements are discussed. These are the standard documents that have to be complied with and which will be part of the employee’s 201 File.
ORIENTATION The employee undergoes the mandatory orientation that includes the company policies, procedures and policies, the do’s and dont’s specifically the expected behavior as dictated by the company culture one likewise explained.
PAYROLLING
Salaries are remitted through ATM on agreed date normally on twice a month basis.
